GUARANTEE

Emporiom Beds S. L., trading as Emporio BEDS, represents a number of top quality manufacturers in the mattress and bedding business.  They maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, design and materials across their product lines.  Emporio BEDS is proud to be able to offer you a 10 year guarantee on these products, which reflects the manufacturers’ commitment to us.  In the unlikely event that a defect arises through proven material failure or faulty workmanship and providing this guarantee is active, then Emporio BEDS guarantees to make good or replace the items in question on the following basis.

• 3 to 4 years                                            90% plus free return to original delivery point
• 4 to 5 years                                            80% plus free return to original delivery point
• 5 to 6 years                                            60% plus free return to original delivery point
• 6 to 7 years                                            40% plus free return to original delivery point
• 7 to 8 years                                            30% plus free return to original delivery point
• 8 to 9 years                                            20% plus free return to original delivery point
• 9  to 10 years                                         10% plus free return to original delivery point

The following conditions apply to this guarantee:

• The guarantee only applies to purchases made through Emporio BEDS
• Any claim must be submitted in writing, by the original purchaser, to Emporio BEDS within one month of the apparent defect becoming evident
• Claims under this guarantee must be made through Emporio BEDS as they are the retailer with whom the purchaser contracted the purchase.
• The claim must be supported by proof of purchase, original invoice or sales receipt.  Any collection or delivery will be free of charge but only between the original place of delivery and the Emporio BEDS office.
• In the event of a dispute Emporio BEDS and their supplier will request an independent third party inspection of the products by a recognised furniture trade organisaton.
• If the product has been discontinued and cannot be repaired then Emporio BEDS reserves the right to supply an equivalent alternative.
• The guarantee does not apply if the manufacturer’s care instructions have not been followed; where there is evidence of inappropriate usage or abuse of the product; if products are soiled or unhygienic; or where the mattress has been used with an unsuitable base
• Following a repair, the guarantee will remain valid from the date of purchase
• This guarantee is not transferable
• The terms of this guarantee do not affect your statutory rights and are governed by Spanish Law,.
• Exclusions:  Normal wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee.  Any misuse, such as use as a trampoline, is specifically excluded.
